On a question of law, appeals from the Magistrates’ Court are heard and determined by the trial division of the Supreme Court.
On a question of conviction, sentence or both, appeals are heard and determined by a County Court Judge.

All appeals from the County Court are heard and determined by the Court of Appeal.
Appeals from the trial division of the Supreme Court are reviewed and determined by the Court of Appeal.
