These documents are sometimes called a Will for Superannuation Funds. They direct the Trustee of the Super Fund to pay your Death Benefit either directly to a Dependent or to your Legal Personal Representative (your Executor). Unless you sign a valid BDBN your Super will not be dealt with by your Will.
