Simran Joshi is a dual-qualified lawyer admitted to practice both in Australia and India. In Australia, Simran completed her Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University and post Graduate Certificate in Applied Law on a scholarship from the College of Law gaining expertise in Estate Planning and Testamentary Trusts. Simran also completed CTA1 Foundation in Tax from The Tax Institute.
Before joining Hutchinson Legal, Simran gained valuable experience practicing with a renowned mid-tier Melbourne city law firm as part of their succession group.
Simran is passionate about and practices exclusively in the area of Wills, Estates and Succession Planning. She approaches all matters with patience and understanding and strives to provide high quality advice with special focus on explaining to her clients the benefits of incorporating Testamentary Trusts within their estate plans.
Outside of work, Simran likes to travel and explore new places - near and far, enjoys spending time with her family, meeting friends for coffee catchups and going on long walks.
