While studying to obtain an Economics and Law Degree, Grant Hutchinson worked for the Department of Treasury (Commonwealth of Australia).
His legal career has involved working for a major practice in Melbourne, gaining experience in a number of areas of law, gaining notable experience in litigation matters (including large commercial litigation), and the provision of advice to people and companies experiencing financial difficulties. Grant later commenced a legal practice in Melbourne. Grant oversaw the litigation team with a particular emphasis on Reconstruction Law.
As a Partner of Hutchinson Legal, Grant’s key areas of practice are commercial litigation, corporate governance and business law. Grant’s general commercial experience provides a valuable contribution to the depth of experience which is offered by Hutchinson Legal.
As the founder of Hutchinson Legal, Grant now assumes the role of Managing Partner and Senior Lawyer. He is a mentor to younger practitioners and staff.
